AFT - U21 - Steps 1 - 8
$66,067 - $89,209
Internal applicant's salary will be based on union-negotiated contracts

JOB SUMMARY:

The Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey is seeking a Lecturer of Business Law to start August 20, 2026.

Examples of Duties

Duties/Responsibilities:

Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching. The primary teaching assignment will be BADM 223 Business Law I (introductory course, required for all business majors); opportunity to teach BADM 503 Business Law, Ethics, & Regulatory Pronouncements (required course in the M.S. in Accounting graduate program), depending on experience.
Maintain AACSB-accreditation qualification through current professional activity in field(s) relevant to teaching assignment(s)
Participate in service, college governance, and student advisement.
Perform other duties as assigned

Organizational Security Responsibilities: This position requires adherence to the organization's
information security policies and procedures. All employees share responsibility for protecting the
confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's mission essential IT assets, regardless of
role. Individuals in this role are expected to apply appropriate safeguards, participate in required security
awareness training, and promptly report potential security incidents in accordance with institutional
policies.

Minimum qualifications for the position: J.D. or L.L.M.; current business law-related professional activity in accordance with AACSB accreditation requirements
